The Century Chamber Orchestra rehearses and performs a wide variety of orchestral music in a series of concerts during the academic year. The primary object of the ensemble is to develop the musicians’ ensemble playing ability and their understanding of orchestral technique and literature.
The Orchestra rehearses on Monday evenings, 7-9pm, in the Band Room at Century Community College. Enter through the Theatre door on the West Campus.
The College is located in White Bear Lake at 3300 Century Avenue North, one mile north of Highway 694.
The ensemble is open to musicians with previous performing experience. Note: Registration for orchestra may be done as an activity for academic credit or through Continuing Education. Additional rehearsal time will be scheduled for each performance week.

Rehearsal Schedule
We rehearse in the Band Room on Mondays from 7-9pm.
There will be additional rehearsals during the weeks of the concerts. These rehearsals will also begin at 7pm. Dress rehearsals will begin at 7 on the stage. Those are on Thursday before the concerts.
