C. PROOF OF FINANCES / FINANCIAL DOCUMENTATION

International students are responsible for all educational and personal expenses for the duration of their F-1 status at Century College. To issue an I-20, which is needed to obtain an F-1 student visa, Century College is required by the United States government to collect evidence that demonstrates that you have the funds necessary to cover your tuition, fees, and living expenses for your first academic year (9 months).

The estimated cost of one academic year of tuition, fees, books, supplies, health insurance, and living expenses is $23,087. Evidence of additional funds must be provided for students bringing F-2 dependents to the United States. ($3500 for a spouse, $2500 per child).

Financial aid is not available, and there are few scholarships and on-campus jobs for International Students. Students must be prepared to have sufficient funds available to pay all necessary expenses for the duration of their studies at Century College.
